Thank you for shopping with Astrodivy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged products within 2 days of receiving the order.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange claims. Queries without unboxing video will not be considered.
- The product must show visible damage upon receipt in order to qualify for return or exchange.
- Return/Exchange incurs a reverse logistic fee of ₹99 to cover shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only (not to original payment method).
- Store credit will be credited within 24-48 hours of reverse pickup verification.
- The return or exchange process will be applicable only once for the original order.
No returns accepted for:
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Quality concerns (all products tested before dispatch)
- Size or weight variations (natural gemstone variations)
- Products not in original packaging
- Customized or personalized jewelleries
- Pre-curated gifts or special items
- Claims made after 2 days of delivery
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation is ONLY allowed if the order has NOT been processed yet.
- Once your order is processed and moved to the fulfillment queue, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To check if your order is still open for cancellation, please contact us immediately.
- If your order has already been processed, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for options.
- Partially paid orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with the following:
- Order number
- Unboxing video (if claiming damage)
- Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
