CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation is ONLY allowed if the order has NOT been processed yet.
  • Once your order is processed and moved to the fulfillment queue, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To check if your order is still open for cancellation, please contact us immediately.
  • If your order has already been processed, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for options.
  • Partially paid orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
