- Cancellation is ONLY allowed if the order has NOT been processed yet.
- Once your order is processed and moved to the fulfillment queue, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To check if your order is still open for cancellation, please contact us immediately.
- If your order has already been processed, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for options.
- Partially paid orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
