Yes. Rudraksha beads, malas, gemstones, and spiritual jewellery sourced from trusted artisans and suppliers. Quality-checked before dispatch. Contact within 7 days if authenticity concerns.

Products are rooted in ancient Vedic and spiritual traditions, sold as items of faith and intention. No scientifically verified claims made. Refer to the Disclaimer.

Collects name, contact details, and order info. Payment info processed securely, no credit card details stored. Data deletion request possible via care@astrodivy.com.

Tracking number sent via email, SMS, and WhatsApp upon dispatch. Also available via the 'Track Your Order' option on the website.

Standard Shipping (free): 4–5 business days. Express Shipping (₹30 extra): 3–4 business days. Rush Shipping (₹50): faster delivery. International orders vary. Orders processed within 1–2 business days.

Only accepted if order has not yet been processed. Once in the fulfillment queue, cancellation is not possible. Partially paid orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Contact care@astrodivy.com.

Email care@astrodivy.com with order number, unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims), photos of the damaged product, and contact details.

No returns for change of mind, quality concerns (products tested before dispatch), size/weight variations due to natural gemstone characteristics, items not in original packaging, customised/personalised jewellery, pre-curated gifts, or claims after 2 days.

Returns/exchanges only for damaged products within 2 days. Unboxing video required. Refunds as store credit only (24–48 hours after reverse pickup verification). Reverse logistics fee of ₹99 applies.

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (012) 123 - 4567

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
